- Do not misrepresent experience, qualifications, references, availability, duties, compensation, household conditions, or work authorization.
- Use current photographs that accurately represent the caregiver.
Respect privacy and consent
- Do not publish or distribute another user’s private information.
- Do not contact caregivers outside the mutual-consent process using scraped or obtained information.
- Do not record, photograph, or share private interactions unlawfully.
- Respect a user’s decision to decline or discontinue contact.
No abuse or exploitation
- No harassment, threats, stalking, bullying, intimidation, coercion, trafficking, exploitation, or violence.
- No sexual services or sexually inappropriate requests.
- No requests for unpaid trial work that violate law.
- No retention of passports, identification, wages, or personal property.
No fraud or scams
- No advance-fee schemes, counterfeit checks, gift-card requests, money transfers, or payment-routing schemes.
- No impersonation, fake references, forged documents, or account sharing.
- No malware, phishing, scraping, automated harvesting, or unauthorized access.
Lawful and respectful opportunity
Users must comply with applicable employment, wage, domestic-worker, anti-discrimination, tax, immigration, safety, and privacy laws. HireACare may reject or remove content and suspend accounts that create legal, safety, fraud, or integrity concerns.
Reporting and enforcement
Users may report concerns to support@hireacare.com. HireACare may investigate, request information, preserve records, remove content, limit access, suspend accounts, terminate accounts, and cooperate with lawful authorities. Enforcement decisions may consider context, severity, recurrence, risk, and available evidence.
