Our purpose
HireACare was created to help caregivers present their experience professionally and to help families discover people whose skills, availability, and preferences may fit their household needs.
How the platform works
Caregivers submit profiles for administrative review. Approved profiles may appear in the public directory. Families create accounts and request contact. Private contact information is shared only after the caregiver accepts the introduction request.
What HireACare is not
HireACare does not employ, supervise, schedule, pay, train, or guarantee caregivers or families. It is not a party to private employment or household-service agreements. Users remain responsible for screening, legal compliance, safety, and independent decisions.
Our standard
The platform aims to present profiles with dignity, protect private contact information, encourage mutual consent, and maintain clear standards against fraud, exploitation, harassment, and illegal activity.
